Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your air plant adoption kit must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.

Returns should be shipped USPS Priority.  The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note all sales items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If the item(s) is returned in the original condition and postmarked within 7 days of receipt, your credit will be processed.  We will notify you by email as soon as the credit has been processed.
